Our 4 catered Venues, Concept 1, Concept 2, Pod, and Cubo, are perfect if you need a “blank canvas” for Product Launches, Conferences, Exhibitions, Meetings and Christmas Parties with capacities ranging from 30 delegates to 1,250 delegates.

Our highly confidential and unusual event venues provide our high-profile client base with a broad range of Activities (including Track Hire), ideal for Corporate Activity Days, Indoor & Outdoor Exhibitions, Product Launches, Christmas Parties, Gala Dinners, Award Ceremonies and other experiential marketing activities. Additional Services are available to meet specific needs, including Technical Rigging, AV and Catering.

Being the largest venue provider between London and Birmingham just off the M1 Junction 13, we offer a unique combination of flexible indoor and outdoor space with 50 miles of test tracks, making it the perfect location for ride and drive events too.
